Lelo's FEMME & HOMME line of toys have been hitting them out of the park since they first came on the scene, there Billy pleasure object is no exception. Heralded as the world's most satisfying prostate massager, it's their only wand shaped male centered device. A common curiosity for many couples, anal play is often one of the last frontiers for many.
First the facts, the Billy is made from the same amazing phthalate free silicone and pc-abs plastics. That means they're body safe, easy to clean and look and feel amazing to handle. Soft and smooth to the touch with a little more gloss than some of lelo's other offerings it offers less drag than some silicone. 
A little water based lube like JO anal or Sliquid Gel is perfect to get this toy where it's going. 6.8 inches long with a soft curve, 1.4inches around and 3.2 ounces in weight, the Billy has a slender base width which will help for those less experienced and a flared ring about the base where the silicone changes to plastic.
For people just starting into the investigation of being the insertee rather than the inserter once you've passed the digital probing toys seem like the next phase.. and you'd be right. There are only a few luxury brands that are really performing at Lelo's end of the spectrum these days in terms of vibration. The Billy is a more familiar shape to many toy aficionados especially those familiar with the Lelo line.
So back to the toy at hand, or in hand rather. Really when it comes down to it, the Billy is great toy for anyone venturing into prostate massage but not in need of intensive thrusting. The handle has the familiar control settings like the rest of the Femme & Homme line. Left and right control arrows increase the vibration and the up and down arrows cycle through the vibration settings.
With a bit of patience and care, the size of the Billy is relatively easy for anyone new to anal play.
Like anything the toy needs LOTS of lube of course. The soft point tip and rounded bulb slides through and the lack of ridges or texture makes for a smooth glide in. The slim tapered based makes for a comfortable fir once inside and the curve makes it easy enough to reach and apply pressure on the prostate. If you are unaware of where the prostate is you may want to do a quick google image search but it's similar in size & shape (and sometimes elusiveness) to the G-Spot. With gentle pressure applied the vibration is set to its work and the Billy does a good deal of the work for you. Slow and steady is key here (especially if you're new to all this), there is an enormous amount of nerves and the tissues are very delicate so vigorous play isn't recommended unless you've really got a good feel for it.
The Billy is very powerful for such a small toy, once inside the anus gradually increase the speed and intensity and if you like take some time to explore the different settings. With incremental potentiometer and 5 different settings, there are almost infinite combinations. Used in combination with oral or manual sex, the Billy can either be used to enhance an act or stand alone as its own source of stimulation.
With a little practice the feel of fullness and prostate pressure can illicit amazingly intense and deep orgasms. The key is patience and practice. Slow gentle in and out movements applying light pressure on the in stroke and taking care not to pull to far back so the taper stays in the closed rectum and the bulbous end of the Billy pulls back across the broader nerve endings throughout the lining of the anus. The Billy is not so much a toy for prostate milking as it brilliant for adding a wonderful feeling of fullness, vibration and prostate pressure to other sexual acts. Well at least not until you've become accustomed to the feeling of something pressing into the prostate and the feeling of vibration coursing through the pelvis. Then there are a world of possibilities at your disposal.
