Should I clean my new toy?

Yes, recommends cleaning your new toy before and after each use. Sometimes newly manufactured toys may have a finishing residue or small particles from the manufacturing process. Give your new toys a good wash before use, and always follow the directions included in the packaging. What does the stock status or product availability mean?

While we strive to provide the most up to date information on product availability, however these time frames can never be 100% due to orders coming in 24 hrs a day both in store and online. With so many variables in play, we cannot guarantee availability, especially for the 24 - 72 hours time frames. Possible stock statuses include:

  • Ships in 24 hours
  • Ships in 48 hours
  • Ships in 72 hours
  • Requires 4-10 business days: This is processing time. You will be notified when your order has shipped.
  • Special Order: Special order means we don't know exactly how long an item will take to receive, could be 1 - 6 weeks. We can usually verify this information- based on the item and supplier- if you'd like to contact us for a more specific time frame.

What happens if the colour or size I ordered isn't available?

With thousands of items on our site, sometimes a colour or size might be out of stock.  In this situation will send the closest colour or size to the item ordered. Of course this is a rare occurrence, but sometimes does happen. Also reserves the right to substitute an equal or more expensive item in the case of a stock outage. You will always have the option of returning your item if not satisfied with the substitution.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders received Monday to Friday during working hours will be shipped that day. If your order is placed outside of working hours 9-5 (Monday - Friday), it may be shipped the next working day. Only exceptions are in cases where you have purchased an item that requires a processing time. These products are clearly labeled in their product description.

Canadian based orders are sent via Canada Post and usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days. However 5 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. US orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDERS ARE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY IF WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 9AM MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND THE ITEM IS IN STOCK (North America only). Money Orders are subject to the normal clearance time. Occasionally, due to the huge amount of orders we receive every day, an item may go out of stock temporarily. If I pay by credit card, do you specify on my statement what I have ordered?

If an item is unsuitable, can I exchange it?

Yes, all of our products come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (packing and shipping costs are non refundable).
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

How does tracking work?

Most of the orders are shipped using Canada Post through a service called Stallion. This service allows us to offer our customers some of the best shipping rates in Canada. The only downside is that these orders are not trackable on your account page.
