As of Fall 2010, we have been shipping Sybian for 23 years and less than 1% has needed any form of repair. Additionally, we will work with you to solve problems at any time.
Satisfaction Guaranteed - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may call for a return authorization number within 30 days from the date of delivery and return it, shipping prepaid. The purchase price will be refunded less a $125.00 reconditioning fee. (No refunds are given for any accessories ordered additionally (and opened) or for shipping charges.)
