We offer all our Customer's a 14-day Money Back Guarantee on all our sex toy products (excluding opened or used products).

Please note, if you return your item, you will be refunded, minus 10% of the total transaction fee, and the original shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

Standard Return Conditions:

All requests for return authorizations must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions here at Lovedreamer).
  • Goods must be in their original condition & packaging. This includes the protective sealed plastic. Product(s) authorized for return must be returned with the protective plastic covering unopened.
  • Goods must be received back at our warehouse within 14 days from the day you received your order.
  • Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  • Shoes may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Shoes must be in original condition.

If we suspect that sex toys or shoes have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if goods are returned. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due if the free product has also been opened and/or used. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns.

Delivery Returns:

All Packages returned to us "unclaimed" via UPS/Expresspost or USPS will be subject to an additional shipping charge before being reshipped.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to LD International within 5 days of the delivery date. cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.

Defective Returns:

We at Lovedreamer strive to stock quality products from reputable manufacturers. If a damaged product gets through our strict standards, we'll be happy to help with a replacement.

  • All goods are supplied with a 7 day fault warranty.
  • Faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund).
  • If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will send you a hygienically-tested replacement.
  • If your product is defective after the 30 day mark, we will be more than happy to help provide you information on going through the manufacturer.
How to Get a Replacement:Replacement requests for defective items must be made within 30 days.
  1. Please fill out an RMA form within your account to begin this process. If you do not have an account with, please send an email through the "Contact Us' page.
  2. Please include your order number and a description of the products defects.
  3. A customer service representative will assist you in sending the defective item back to our warehouse. Once the defective item is received, you will be sent your tested replacement.
  4. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). You will need to have this RMA number before shipping your product back to us.

Note: RMA numbers typically take between 48 and 72 hours to complete, so please be patient when waiting for yours! All RMA numbers issued by are valid for ten (10) business days. All returns must be received within this period. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. Any items returned without an RMA number will be automatically returned.
