You are eligible for a price-match credit if your request meets the following conditions:

  • The item(s) from our site and the competitor's site must be identical (same size, colour, brand and model).
  • The item must be offered directly from a Canadian business and not a Marketplace like Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy etc. The competitor must have a valid business telephone number so that price and stock can be verified.
  • The item must be in stock at the competitor's site.
  • The competitor's site must be a legitimate business with a proper Terms and Conditions (T&C) and Privacy Policy
    • When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
  • Price comparisons include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price in comparison to Lovedreamer.com product price and lowest priced shipping method for that item. If there was a promotion or free gift with your Lovedreamer order, that item will be added into the calculation. For example, if your order qualified for a free item valued at $9.95 then the price match will have that value included in the price comparison.
  • Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing on the order with another site.
  • The competitor must charge payment in Canadian currency, not just display a conversion to CAD.  As well, the competitor must accept all major credit cards directly (not just Paypal or similar services)

    • How to receive a price match: To receive a price-match refund, please forward the complete URL (web address) link to the lower-priced item and your name, address, email address, and order confirmation/invoice number (if applicable) to [email protected].

    We'll confirm the lower price by visiting the URL link provided. We will calculate the total list price difference and the amount of the further 10% reduction of the price difference to arrive at your new retail cost for that item.

    You will receive a confirmation e-mail of the refund if you have already made your purchase. COD orders and money order payments will receive a store credit. If you have not yet placed your order you will be provided with instructions on how to receive the new retail price when placing your order.

  • Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to a currency other than Canadian dollars (must be charged in CAD, not just show a conversion) as well as accept all major credit cards directly (not just Paypal)

    • The terms and conditions of the "Lowest Price Guarantee" are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to deny a Price Match if any of the above conditions are not met.
