This thing is actually nice. I'm on the smaller side and I feel this is a bit small BUT.. when deflated the rolling weight inside feels amazing and actually is quite unique. A nice feature on it's own. It's definitely wearable even deflated, a nice toy to do day to day activities, or working out. it's not much, it's not heavy. it holds in nice on it's own. inflating it awesome, but because it's lower (smaller) inside it inflates lower which kinda triggers the 'i gotta shit' feeling. but once you're past that, it's very wearable for longer times inflated. you do lose the rolling weight sensation more when it's inflated.. but still good overall. If it went deeper, and inflated deeper and was heavier this would be 10 star. the detachable connection is friction fit by a pair of o-rings, so when you get lube on it once, the inflator falls out easy, but still works good for an inflating and detach. It will hold pressure good. However with the inflator detached you can press in the middle (like a flat release button) to deflate. So if you intend to use with a crotch rope (or other) it will press against and release the pressure. But for wearing out, and/or with panties or sitting down it will hold the pressure. I recommend.
