Return Conditions
1. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions at Lovedreamer).
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.
4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. All Packages returned to us "unclaimed" via UPS/Expresspost or USPS will be subject to an additional shipping charge before being reshipped.
6. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to LD International within 5 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 7 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund).
7. Lovedreamer.com cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.

If we suspect that the "Sex Toys" have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if goods are returned. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due if the free product has also been opened and/or used. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns.

Return Process

We offer all our Customer's a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our Sex Toy products (excluding opened or used Products).

Please note that if you ordered by Credit Card and return your item, you will be refunded, minus 10% of the total transaction fee. This is to cover the Credit Card charge that Visa and Mastercard charges us as well as restocking fees.

This policy will apply to all orders placed on or after February 7, 2003. If you wish to return a product for a replacement or refund, please fill out the following form. Someone will then contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). You will need to have this special number before shipping your product back to us.

Some restrictions may apply but we will notify you. Note: RMA numbers typically take between 48 and 72 hours to complete, so please be patient when waiting for yours!

Make sure to fill out the form and receive the e-mail confirmation before sending back your product. All requests for return authorization must be made within 14 days of purchase. Product(s) authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories in good condition. All RMA numbers issued by Lovedreamer.com are valid for ten (10) days. All returns must be received within this period. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. RMA numbers will NOT be extended or reassigned. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
